Tisya By Nidhi is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered post or Speedpost.Parcels are dispatched within 3-5 working days after order is placed.
If you think, you have received a damaged product or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9600188228 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost provided we have stock. In case stock is not available in the size you ordered we shall refund the amount (See refund policy). Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Exchange will be accepted if our team is notified via Email within 2 days of receiving your parcel (Size /Style change) Provided the item is available in Stock. Incase either are not available, you will get a refund(See refund policy). Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Shipping details of the product you are sending to exchange, to be emailed as reference along with an image.
After we receive the product, we will initiate the refund via netbanking / google pay to your account within 5-7 working days. Full Refund will be applicable for Damaged Products / Tampered parcel Only. In case of an Exchange related to sizing or style change, the Refund will exclude the shipping charges and will be accepted only if products are returned in their original unused condition with all tags intact. Shipping charges to be bourne by the customer for the exchange products (to and fro) We will be unable to process any returns/refunds for items that appear to have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way. Items sold on a discount, on sale, during a promotional period or as part of a promotional offer are Not eligible for a refund
We do International Shipping to select countries.Courier charges will be as per actuals.You may please drop an email to email@example.com in case you want international delivery. We will share a paypal link and a quote for items selected by you.
